If you purchased the item in-store,ও simply bring it back to the store in the original packaging. The package must be unopened for in order to qualify for a full refund. Please be sure to bring the original receipt, credit card (if used) and photo ID. Refunds will be issued in the same payment tender of the original sale. Our goal is to return all merchandise that fits our policy, but all returns are subject to our verification process. If the transaction cannot be verified, we cannot return or exchange the merchandise. All sales are final for items sold in the Clearance Cove. Items purchased from the Christmas Shop after 12/25/22 are also considered final sales and will not be eligible for a return or refund.
